Recently had some challenges creating a working statistic relay on my SAM – For those un-familiar, in the upper right hand corner of your SAM screen is a simple line that says Listeners: 0 Peak: 0

This allows you to see while you are broadcasting how many people you’ve got listening live and how many was the highest point during your set. I am using Azuracast streaming Shoutcast thru aplstreaming.com and started off using an older version of SAM around version 4 and recently upgraded to SAM 2019 – The Icecast settings are very similar and may require a ‘mount point’ which is displayed with your DJ settings. So I will post both set ups in case you’re having trouble getting your stats relay to work or hook up properly.
